Delivery and returns
Everything is printed in the UK and posted to UK addresses only.
- Framed A3
- Dispatched in 2 to 4 working days. Delivered in 5 to 7.
- Unframed A3
- Dispatched in 2 to 4 working days, flat in a board-backed envelope. Delivered in 5 to 7.
- Digital file
- Emailed within a minute of paying.
- Full spec bundle
- The file at once; the framed print and the A5 card together, in 5 to 7 working days.
For Christmas: order framed and unframed prints by 12 December. Digital files can be ordered until 23 December.
Returns
Each print is made to order with your dog’s name on it, so we cannot take it back because you changed your mind. Your legal rights are not affected.
If a print arrives damaged or wrong, email a photo of it to hello@k9schematics.co.uk and we reprint it at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged one back.
Short answers
- Which photos work best?
- One dog, head and body visible, facing the camera or three-quarter on, in daylight if you have it. A phone photo is plenty.
- How long does the drawing take?
- About a minute. If it takes longer we email it to you, usually within ten minutes.
- What if I do not like it?
- Every drawing comes with one free redraw. It draws the dog again and chooses fresh labels.
- Can I choose the labels?
- Not yet. They come from our library of 150, chosen to suit the breed, and up to two use your dog’s name.
- Is it drawn by AI?
- The figure is. The labels, title block and stamp are set by our own template, so the spelling is always right.
- What happens to my photo?
- It is used to draw your dog and nothing else, and deleted 90 days after your order.
- Do you post outside the UK?
- Not at the moment. The digital file works anywhere.
