Terms of sale
The short version: you upload a photo, we draw your dog, you buy a print or a file if you like it. The rest is below, in plain words.
Who we are
Canine Schematics is a trading name of Reeve Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at hello@k9schematics.co.uk.
What you are buying
A humorous technical drawing of your dog, made from the photo you upload, as a framed A3 print, an unframed A3 print, a digital file, or the full spec bundle. The descriptions and prices on the site are part of these terms. Prices are in pounds and include VAT.
The drawing is made with AI from your photo and set into our template. The labels are jokes from our own library; they are not a description of your dog’s health, behaviour or value.
The preview and the redraw
The watermarked preview is free. Each drawing comes with one free redraw. What you approve at checkout is what we print.
Your photo
Upload only photos you took or have permission to use. You keep every right in your photo. You let us use it to make your drawing and nothing else, and we delete it 90 days after your order.
Delivery
We post to UK addresses only. Prints are dispatched in 2 to 4 working days and usually arrive in 5 to 7. Digital files are emailed within a minute of paying. The details are on the delivery page.
Cancelling
Prints are made to order with your dog’s name on them, so the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once we have started. The digital file is supplied as soon as you pay, so it cannot be cancelled once it is sent.
If something is wrong
If a print arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us a photo of it and we will reprint it or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything here.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
