Who is responsible

Reeve Technologies Ltd, trading as Canine Schematics, is the controller of your data. Questions and requests go to hello@k9schematics.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address, your dog’s name and breed, and the photo you upload, to make and send your drawing.
• For orders: the name, delivery address and phone number given at checkout, to print and post the order. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Your IP address and browser type, to stop abuse of the free preview and, if you accept cookies, to measure our ads.
• If you arrived from an ad: the click reference and campaign name from the link.

How long we keep it

Photos, IP addresses and browser details are deleted 90 days after your order (or after the preview, if you do not order). Order records are kept for six years because UK tax law requires it.

Who else sees it

• Google (Gemini) draws the figure from your photo.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the images; Supabase holds the order database.
• Stripe takes payment. Prodigi prints and posts your order, so it receives the delivery name and address.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics, only if you press Accept on the cookie notice.

Cookies

Essential cookies remember your cookie choice and where you arrived from. If you press Accept, the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics also load, so we can see which ads work. If you choose Essential only, they never load. To change your mind, clear this site’s cookies and the choice appears again.

Marketing email

Only if you tick the box in the form: at most one reminder about your drawing and one offer. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@k9schematics.co.uk. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
